Shipping & Returns

Online ordering is not yet active, so orders cannot be placed today. The policies below apply once ordering is activated.

Shipping rates

• Flat standard shipping: $7.95 within the United States.
• Free standard shipping on merchandise subtotals of $75 or more.
• Expedited shipping is quoted on request before your order ships.

Processing and delivery

Once ordering is activated, orders are picked and packed from Brooklyn, NY 11235 within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking by email once your parcel is collected. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

Age verification on delivery

All orders are for adults 21 and older. We may require an adult signature on delivery, and we reserve the right to cancel any order we cannot reasonably verify as placed by an adult 21+.

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the United States where these accessories are legal to sell and possess. We do not ship internationally at this time. Certain items may be restricted by state or local law; if an item cannot lawfully be shipped to your address we will cancel that line and notify you.

Returns

• Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise price.
• Opened rolling papers, filter tips, cones and any used item cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.

Damaged or incorrect items

Glass is packed for transit, but breakage can happen. Email Bsmile@smilecannabis.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and item, and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
