1. Agreement

Your use of this site is subject to these terms with Bsmilecannabis LLC, Brooklyn, NY 11235. Order-specific provisions below apply only once online ordering is activated. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are general information, not legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to purchase these accessories where you live. We may refuse or cancel any order.

3. What is sold here

This store sells legal non-cannabis accessories only. All products are sold empty and contain no cannabis, tobacco, nicotine, CBD or controlled substances. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell cannabis or any controlled substance, and no cannabis product, strain information, dispensary listing or cannabis ordering is offered here.

4. Products, images and availability

Inventory counts shown are current at the time of display and may change. Where an approved product photograph is unavailable we show a clearly labelled placeholder. We may correct errors in descriptions, pricing or availability and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

5. Pricing, tax and shipping

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax will be calculated from your shipping address at secure checkout once ordering is activated. Standard shipping is $7.95 flat, with free standard shipping on merchandise subtotals of $75 or more.

6. Payment

Secure card checkout will be activated after merchant-account approval. Orders cannot currently be submitted. No order request, personal information or payment information is collected at checkout, and no charge is made.

7. Intended use

Products are sold for lawful use with legal materials only. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

8. Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. Glass breakage from use or drops, and normal wear, are not covered. Except as stated, products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bsmilecannabis LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Intellectual property

Bsmile Cannabis, the Bsmile name and the Bsmile logo are trademarks of Bsmilecannabis LLC. Site content may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, with venue in Kings County, New York.
